Notice is hereby given that the Executive is to be asked to make a non-key decision on 20 Jul 2021 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Land at Coopers HIll

SERVICE AREA: Resources

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To recommend the Appropriation of land at Coopers Hill for Planning purposes and the engagement of statutory provisions which permit a local authority to override easements and other rights in land that has been appropriated for planning purposes

FIRST PUBLISHED: 21 May 2021

The Executive will be considering a report prepared by the Executive Director: Resources.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
